- "The air suddenly feels cleaner, and the sun shines more brightly. Being near this ancient gives you the sense that you may soon be able to do whatever you wish, and that your responsibilities and obligations to this world are not as relevant as they once were. Using any skill does not remove the bonus, unless Clickstorm is the activated skill.
This bonus also increases the Gold gained from .
Libertas's summon cost is the player's current summon cost.
Libertas's cost per level is n, with n being equal to the next level.
All costs except the summon cost can be reduced by Chor'gorloth.
